Chemring Group PLC Completes Aquisition of NON-INTRUSIVE INSPECTION TECHNOLOGY, Inc.
Chemring Group PLC announces that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Non-Intrusive Inspection Technology, Inc. ("NIITEK"), having received the necessary regulatory approvals. The acquisition was first announced on 7 October 2008.
NIITEK, based in Virginia, USA, is a leading developer of robot and vehicle-mounted mine detection systems incorporating its advanced Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and metal detection technologies.
