NIITEK Awarded $11.7 Million Contract
from the US Army
NIITEK, Inc., a subsidiary of Chemring Group PLC, was awarded an $11.7 million contract from the US Army for support services of the Husky Mounted Detection System (HMDS). The contract includes system installation, training, and sustainment services to maintain the fielded systems currently deployed in the combat theater. Work will be performed in Dulles, VA with an estimated completion date of October 31, 2011.
